He has built and scaled multiple ventures, translating complex technologies from early discovery into commercially viable platforms that drive long-term value.

Under his leadership, Allozymes has grown from concept to a fast-scaling biotechnology company, securing over $22M in funding and building a multidisciplinary team focused on solving critical manufacturing challenges through next-generation biocatalysis.

Peyman holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
