His expertise spans biotechnological applications in industrial enzymes, agriculture, health, biofuels, and specialty chemicals, with a focus on aligning customer needs with scalable, high-impact solutions.

Andreas has held global senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility, managing businesses exceeding €150 million in revenue and overseeing functions across strategy, R&D, product development, business development, M&A, and sales. He has played key roles in building and transforming organisations, including the successful ramp-up of new businesses in bio-based products and decarbonised biofuels, and driving long-term strategic initiatives within global organisations.
